Partners: Umerang Imetengel

Umerang Imetengel brings more than 18 years of experience in project management, organizational change and development and human resource management. She has previously held several key government positions in Palau including the Director of the (formerly) Bureau of Public Service System and Special Assistant to the President on the Our Oceans Conference. Umerang holds a Masters in Human Resource Management and a Bachelors in History from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Umerang is a graduate of the US Graduate Schools Executive Leadership Development Program.
